Caledonia Condominiums are quietly located in the historic community of Lead. Founded during the great gold rush of 1876 and sustained by one of the richest gold veins in North America, Lead is a destination for winter sports enthusiasts, history buffs, and vacationers. 7,000 foot peaks, Terry Peak and Mystic Miner at Deer Mountain, entice skiers to two area ski resorts. Snowmobilers enjoy over 300 miles of groomed trails. Historic Deadwood, with its fine dining and casino night life, is just a 3 mile drive away. Each of our condos is tastefully furnished and fully equipped for your convenience. There are on site coin operated laundry facilities and a common area with hot tub. Minimum age at check in is 21.Guests will be asked to choose between a security deposit or damage wavier to be paid at check in.
